A disciplined, transparent operating model built for long-term impact. Every decision is intentional. Every dollar is accounted for.
Every scholar is selected through a rigorous screening process designed around a single question:
Is this a person who can be the catalyst to lift their family out of poverty?
All scholarship decisions are made by a formal three-person Scholarship Selection Committee, structured to ensure independent oversight and full compliance with IRS private foundation requirements.
The Committee consists of:
Independent members hold a two-thirds majority on all scholarship decisions. No single member holds veto authority. No disqualified person — as defined under IRC §4946 — controls or dominates the selection process. All decisions are documented and maintained in the Foundation's permanent records.
This structure ensures that scholar selection is driven by merit, need, and mission alignment — not by family preference or donor influence.
Clear, consistent support that scholars can count on.

Scholars receive a half-month bonus for achieving a GPA of 3.8 or higher.
Scholars receive three months of continued support after graduation to help with the transition into the workforce.
In any semester where a scholar achieves a GPA of 3.8 or higher, they receive a bonus equal to half of their monthly scholarship amount.
Graduation is a milestone, not an endpoint. Wolverines Academy provides three months of continued support after degree completion to help scholars transition into the workforce. This ensures the investment in their education translates into real economic stability.
We invest in people who have already shown discipline and potential — and simply need a small amount of support to change the trajectory of their lives.
Wolverines Academy is not a relief organization. We do not provide emergency aid or short-term assistance. Our model is built on identifying individuals who are already working hard and who, with modest consistent support, can become the catalyst that lifts their entire family out of poverty. This is a long-term investment in human potential — disciplined, measured, and built to compound over generations.
Find hardworking students with strong academic records, high financial need, and the character to create generational change.
Provide a fixed monthly stipend covering essential living expenses — directly to the scholar, not to institutions.
Track academic progress, maintain regular communication, and ensure every scholar stays on course to completion.
We intentionally avoid organizations involved in disaster response, medical research, or other short-term relief efforts. Wolverines Academy keeps its support laser-focused on breaking the cycle of poverty through education, stability, and long-term opportunity. We are looking to break the cycle of poverty, one family at a time.
Your contribution goes directly to students — 100% of donated funds reach our scholars.
