University Scholarship
I grew up in a fishing village where art was just a hobby. Everything changed in fifth grade when a teacher told me I had talent and could study graphic design. Later, because of my dad's job, we moved to La Cruz. I left behind friends and my old life.
More than just getting a degree, I want to absorb everything my career has to offer and continue opening doors for myself with every educational opportunity that comes my way.
I started working at age 12 in a sailboat upholstery shop. I also worked as an entertainer and mascot performer during high school, and currently I work/intern at a gastronomic group, where I take photographs and also do extra work in videos.
I am part of the youth organization Bahia Joven MX since middle school. During high school, I was Director of Ecology, organizing beach cleanups and reforestation. Today I am Director of Digital Media and Design, creating the visual identity for the 3rd Environmental Fair.
To finish my degree with a very good GPA and continue with projects within the organization to give voice to different social issues. Also to continue pursuing my passion and dream of filmmaking, making unusual short films with social themes.
