Grit Story

I grew up in a village in the middle of a valley with very limited opportunities for university-level education. My parents are farmers growing rice and vegetables. Our home had no electrical appliances and even mobile phone signal was unavailable — life was very difficult. I wanted to develop myself and improve my quality of life. I studied hard through high school, earned a GPA of 3.79, and successfully passed the university entrance examination.

Academic Path

My goal is to complete a Practical Nurse (PN) program to build a stable career and fund my own further study to become a full nurse, due to financial constraints. I chose Chiang Rai College because the education standard is high and it provides real opportunities. I plan to work while simultaneously funding my own continued education in the future.

Work History

I started my first job at age 11, working in my father's coffee garden. After that I continued doing garden work to earn money for school supplies, helping my parents until I grew older and began looking for part-time work during school breaks. Currently I work part-time at Ryo-ta Shabu restaurant.

Community Impact

I have been an active student since childhood, participating in volunteer activities and helping people in the community. In secondary school I joined school volunteer projects and participated in dance and traditional performance activities, competing in skills competitions outside school. I want to continue this involvement at university.

Future Aspirations

I am about to enter the Faculty of Nursing at university. I hope to work in the field I have studied, helping others and caring for people who need attention. I hope my work will be kind to me.
