Grit Story

I am an only child. My parents separated when I was very young, so I have lived with my grandparents who raised me throughout. My grandparents are now elderly with no income. I therefore earn supplementary income on weekends by helping a neighbor sell goods, saving money as educational funds for my continued studies.

Academic Path

I want to earn a degree in Traditional Thai Medicine with a perfect GPA, so I can use the knowledge and experience I have gained in my future career.

Work History

I started working at age 13, doing rice planting for hire near home. At 14 I picked chili for hire. At 15 I began looking for extra work on weekends, helping my neighbor sell goods and deliver seafood — which I have continued to the present. Currently I work part-time delivering seafood for my neighbor.

Community Impact

I have participated in helping the community and school through community development activities on National Mother's Day. I was student council secretary, working to help with various activities alongside teachers at school. In Academic Year 2024 I also helped people affected by flooding in my community.

Future Aspirations

I want to succeed as the best healthcare professional I can be — to fulfill my own dreams according to the goals I have set. After graduating, my intention is to return and work near home in order to help develop my hometown, because my hometown lacks medical personnel.
